FAQ’s

Parents and bubs classes are $15 per class.

Semi private lessons (Preschool or School Age) are $24 per lesson.

Private lessons are $48.

All lessons are 30 minutes duration.

All fees are payable up front for the term with an additional administration charge of $10 per child or $15 per family.

Once your child’s enrolment is processed you will receive an email directing you to log in to our parent portal on our website. From here you will guided through to our secure payment portal where you can make payment to confirm your enrolment.

Sometimes due to illness or other commitments we may need to cancel your child’s class. When this happens a credit for the cost of the cancelled class will be placed on your Intrac account. These credits can then be used to pay towards the following term’s lessons.

Unfortunately if a lesson is missed due illness or other circumstances it is forfeited. As we are operating at capacity we are unable to schedule make up lessons.

Our pool is open to the public for casual swimming during opening hours. Enrolment in swimming lessons does not include free swimming outside of lessons. Contrary to popular belief swimming before and after your child’s lesson is not free. We ask that you pay for a casual swim at reception. The cost is $5 per child, $7 per adult or $15 for a family. All siblings and accompanying adults must also pay.

NO. Our pool does not have a lifeguard on duty. Outside of swimming lessons supervision falls to the parent or guardian. Please fully supervise your child while they are in the water. This means children under 5 must have a parent in the water with them and be within arms reach at all times. We also ask that parents supervising older children avoid mobile phone use.
